Job Description

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor NOC engineers and technicians
Schedule shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage and high availability
Conduct performance reviews, training, and development plans
Network Monitoring and Incident Management Oversee real-time monitoring of network systems, servers, and applications
Ensure rapid incident detection, escalation, resolution, and documentation
Implement standard operating procedures for incident and problem management
Process Improvement: Develop and refine operational processes and policies
Analyze trends to identify areas for system and process improvements
Work with other IT teams to coordinate cross-functional projects
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed incident logs and performance reports
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on system health and KPIs
Ensure up-to-date documentation of procedures and infrastructure
Tool and Technology Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of NOC tools
Evaluate new monitoring tools and technologies to improve efficiency
On-call availability and occasional night/weekend shifts may be required
