We are actively hiring IT & Non-IT Recruiters to join our fast-growing recruitment team focused on the US market. This is an exciting opportunity to gain global exposure, work closely with US-based clients, and develop your skills in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles in the US market.
• Engage with US clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Dice and other professional networks.
• Conduct preliminary screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and offer management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US job market trends and hiring practices.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and build a strong talent pipeline.

Who We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian university.
• Maximum 2 year of experience in any of the following:
• US recruitment
• International Voice processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work during US business hours (Night Shift from 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM).
• Understanding of US work culture is a strong advantage.
