Overseas Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Overseas Business Development Managers with10–15 years of work experience to drive international growth in IT and non-IT service sectors. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in business development, industry connections, and contractual expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop business opportunities in international markets.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in targeted industries.

· Expand business presence across IT and non-IT service sectors, including:
Manufacturing, Healthcare, Airports, Logistics, Oil & Refinery, Automobile, Pharmaceutical, Paper Industry, Oil & Gas Petrochemicals, Supply Chain (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).

· Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve growth objectives.

· Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable partnerships.

· Manage contractual agreements for blue-collar staffing:

• Manpower Placement
• Outsourcing (On-Roll Staff)
• Contractual Manpower

· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

International Experience Required:
Candidates should have prior experience working with clients/stakeholders in one or more of the following regions:

· Middle East: UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia

· Europe: United Kingdom

· North America: United States of America

· Other regions: Israel, Germany, Mauritius, Singapore, Malaysia, Canada

Requirements:

· Proven experience in international business development.

· Strong network within targeted industries.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to travel internationally.
