Job Description

Job Purpose:

IT and Non-IT hiring

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closure for IT and Non-IT roles.
Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

IT Hiring

Source and evaluate candidates for roles such as Software Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, etc.
Conduct initial technical understanding checks to ensure skill-job alignment.
Stay updated on current technologies and market trends.

Non-IT Hiring

Hire for roles across Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Customer Support, Admin, and other corporate functions.
Assess role fitment and evaluate candidate competencies effectively.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in both
IT and Non-IT recruitment
(product, service, contract staffingany background acceptable).
Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, etc.
Good understanding of technologies (Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, QA) and Non-IT functions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ATS/recruitment tools is preferred.
