Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced IT and networking engineer, your main responsibility will be to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the academy's IT infrastructure and assets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure operational availability of the academy's IT infrastructure. - Perform regular maintenance activities and troubleshooting for desktops, servers, peripherals, and network assets. - Coordinate with OEMs, AMC vendors, and external agencies for IT-related work beyond in-house capability. - Prepare staff quality requirements, conduct market surveys, shortlist vendors, and procure new IT hardware and software as needed. - Implement system changes in adherence to organizational policies and management instructions. - Maintain IT-related intellectual property, databases, and technical documentation in collaboration with other functional departments. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree/diploma in networking/hardware/IT is preferred. - Previous experience in desktop support, network maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting is required. - Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, office automation products, and computer peripherals. - Familiarity with network security practices and anti-virus programs. - Ability to work efficiently under tight schedules.,
