Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting the academy's IT infrastructure and assets as an experienced IT and networking engineer. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure operational availability of the academy's IT infrastructure. - Perform regular maintenance activities and troubleshooting for the academy's IT assets such as desktops, servers, peripherals, and network assets. - Coordinate with OEMs, AMC vendors, and other external agencies for IT-related work beyond in-house capability. - Prepare staff quality requirements, conduct market surveys, shortlist vendors, and procure new IT hardware and software in consultation with the management. - Implement system changes following organizational policies and management instructions. - Maintain IT-related intellectual property, databases, and technical documentation in coordination with other functional departments. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree/diploma in networking/hardware/IT is preferred. - Previous experience in desktop support, network maintenance, and hardware troubleshooting. - Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments, office automation products, and computer peripherals. - Familiarity with network security practices and anti-virus programs. - Ability to work efficiently under tight schedules.,
