Key Requirements: Strong knowledge of IDS hotel software or any Hotel software Experience in hotel IT systems, PMS, POS, networking, and CCTV Minimum 1–5 years of relevant hospitality IT experience Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all hotel IT systems and infrastructure Ensure smooth operation of IDS PMS, POS, and related applications Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support Ensure data security, backups, and system compliance Coordinate with vendors and support teams
