Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives to support the company's business objectives. 2. Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls. 3. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. 4. Ensure the security of company data and systems by implementing appropriate security measures and protocols. 5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues in a timely manner. 6. Manage IT projects, including software implementations, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements. 7. Evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 8. Collaborate with other departments to identify IT needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. 9. Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. 10. Manage IT budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. 11. Regular auditing of asset condition and recommend for changes. 12. To eliminate and ensure pirated version are not used on any matter. 13. Upkeeping of CCTVs and coordinating with service provider. 14. Managing subscription of emails and licenses. 15. Timely renewal of all the subscriptions. 16. Managing and reassigning simcards and email ID’s for new and left employees. 17. Managing asset user agreement and maintaining records. (Copy to concerned employee file) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in IT management. Strong technical skills in network administration, system administration, and cybersecurity. Experience with ERP systems and software is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
