Position: IT Manager We are seeking a dynamic and skilled IT Manager to lead our IT division and drive innovation in ERP Next, app development, and enterprise software. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage IT development teams with strong leadership and motivation Overseas projects in Python, Java, and Frappe Framework Implement and customize ERP Next software for business operations Manage server handling (AWS and others) and ensure system reliability Coordinate with sales teams to align IT solutions with business growth Supervise Android & iOS app development projects Drive process improvements and optimize workflows Required Skills Strong knowledge of Python & Java Experience with Frappe Framework and ERP NeXT development Expertise in AWS server management and related technologies Proven track record in team leadership & project management Ability to manage cross-functional teams including sales and development Excellent communication and organizational skills Salary Competitive package: 50,000 1,50,000 per month (based on experience & skills) Why Join Us?
