Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT operations, manage infrastructure and applications, ensure data security, and support business technology needs. The ideal candidate will oversee system administration, vendor coordination, IT support, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (network, servers, security)
• Lead IT support and helpdesk operations
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Plan and execute IT projects and upgrades
• Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and compliance
• Mentor and manage IT team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong knowledge of system/network administration and cloud platforms
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
• Experience with IT budgeting and vendor management
