Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Manager located in Kolkata. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology operations, implementing IT strategies, managing IT staff, ensuring the security of IT systems and enabling the use of AI in BPO. The core of the job is to build processes or softwares to enable new age technology adaptations.

Qualifications

Experience in IT management and strategic planning
Proficiency in network administration, system maintenance, and cybersecurity
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent team management and leadership skills
Good understanding of BPO industry technology requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience in developing softwares/processes with AI adaptation
