Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our IT department and oversee the management of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and be proficient in leading a team to deliver high-quality IT services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the IT department and manage IT projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance.
• Manage network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Supervise and mentor IT staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to identify and meet their IT needs.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security protocols.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) and support processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
