Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure and support operations. With 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing IT teams, networks, security, and end-user support in a 24x7 environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations and high system availability. Rotational shifts will be part of your responsibilities to maintain operational continuity. Your main responsibilities will include managing and leading the IT team to guarantee the seamless operation of all IT systems, networks, and support services. You will be in charge of overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure, as well as monitoring system performance to address potential issues proactively and minimize downtime. Data security, backup, recovery systems, and compliance with IT standards and data privacy regulations will be essential aspects of your role. Collaborating with other departments to understand and fulfill their IT requirements, implementing and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as vendor management for IT equipment, software licensing, and support services will also fall under your purview. Additionally, maintaining documentation of IT assets, configurations, and processes, providing technical support and training to internal users, and ensuring compliance with IT standards will be crucial to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred) and have 7 to 10 years of proven experience in IT management or a similar role. A strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, security protocols, and system administration, as well as experience in managing IT helpdesk/support services, will be required. Certifications like ITIL, CCNA, MCSA, or similar will be considered a plus, along with excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. You should possess the ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment and be willing to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support when necessary. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the salary will be as per industry standards. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule and rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, and a yearly bonus.
