IT Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the IT infrastructure, software development, and ERP operations at Arjuna Natural. Your role will involve leading the IT team, ensuring smooth IT operations, overseeing hardware and network systems, managing software development and implementation, handling SAP B1 ERP operations, ensuring system security and compliance, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team to ensure smooth IT operations. - Oversee hardware, networks, and security systems to maintain a robust IT environment. - Manage in-house software development and ensure seamless integration of new technologies. - Handle SAP B1 ERP operations, troubleshooting, and optimization to support business processes. - Ensure IT security, data protection, and compliance with industry regulations. - Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and service providers for IT-related requirements. - Implement IT best practices and lean management strategies to enhance efficiency. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - 8-10 years of experience in IT management. - 3+ years in a managerial position. - Strong knowledge of both software development and hardware infrastructure. - Hands-on experience with SAP B1 ERP. - Background in FMCG or manufacturing industries. - Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
