  • Active Directory & Azure AD management (GPOs, MFA, Conditional Access)
  • Microsoft 365: Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
  • Intune device management & endpoint security
  • Firewalls, VLANs, routing, VPN, network security rules
  • Troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP issues
  • Monitoring SIEM alerts & handling security incidents
  • Implementing SPF, DKIM, DMARC for email security
  • PowerShell automation
  • L1/L2 IT support & IT asset documentation
  • Vendor coordination for infra/security initiatives
