We are looking for an experienced Middleware Administrator (L2) to join our team in Mumbai. Currently, our middleware operations are managed by a small team, and with one member serving notice, we urgently require an additional skilled resource to ensure 24x7 support and smooth operations for critical banking applications.

Install, configure, and administer JBoss EAP / WildFly middleware environments

Deploy, manage, and monitor Java EE applications in clustered and high-availability setups

Perform performance tuning, JVM tuning, and thread dump/heap dump analysis

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to support enterprise applications

Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and security

Provide incident resolution, root cause analysis, and production support in a 24x7 environment

Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation for middleware deployments

48 years of strong hands-on experience in JBoss EAP / WildFly administration

Expertise in installation, configuration, clustering, and performance tuning

Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments & shell scripting

Knowledge of JVM tuning, garbage collection, and performance monitoring tools

Exposure to Apache, Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere (added advantage)

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices

Strong troubleshooting skills in production environments
