Position: Middleware Administrator – L2 (Certified) Location: Kochi, India Experience: 3+ Years (L2 Middleware Support) Certification: Mandatory – Latest Middleware platforms (WebSphere, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, IIS, NGINX) Work Timings: 24 Business Hours (as assigned by the Bank) About the Role: We are seeking a Level 2 Middleware Administrator with strong hands-on experience in administering, configuring, and maintaining middleware platforms. The ideal candidate must be certified in one or more middleware tools such as WebSphere, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, IIS, or NGINX, and should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in L2-level support. Key Responsibilities: · Administer and support middleware environments such as WebSphere, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, IIS, and NGINX. · Handle deployment, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting. · Provide Level 2 support by responding to incidents, managing service requests, and ensuring system uptime. · Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for middleware integration. · Ensure security compliance and proper logging across all middleware environments. · Participate in an on-call rotation aligned with Bank-assigned 24 Business Hour schedules. Must-Have Qualifications: · Certification in latest versions of one or more middleware tools (WebSphere, JBoss, Apache, Tomcat, IIS, NGINX). · Minimum 3 years of L2-level experience managing middleware technologies. · Strong troubleshooting and system configuration skills. · Understanding of security, performance tuning, and patching for middleware servers.
