Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VMware Admin L1, located in Kochi. The VMware Admin L1 will be responsible for daily troubleshooting, server administration, infrastructure management, and providing technical support. This role involves working with operating systems and ensuring that they run efficiently, resolving any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving system issues
• Experience in Server Administration and managing server infrastructures
• Knowledge of Infrastructure management and related technologies
• Technical Support skills to assist users and maintain system integrity
• Proficiency in Operating Systems, particularly those used in enterprise environments
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in team settings
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is a plus
