Resolve enterprise trouble tickets within SLA; escalate/elevate as per ITIL practices.Mentor junior team members & update SOPs / KB articles.Troubleshoot & resolve incidents across network, servers, storage, backup, cloud (Azure).Contribute to platform migration and continuous service improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead customer/vendor calls.Ensure process compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.Support development of new .NET 8 Blazor Server–based Support Tool.
Strong in .NET, C#, Azure.
