So, what are we looking for
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist for our Pune location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience . Somebody who is passionate about AV. We take pride in our employees, known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done.
What are your responsibilities
  • Provide support for ordering, configuring, and maintain IT technology for users in India, ensuring timely and effective deployment.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks including account setup, access management, and hardware provisioning.
  • Work in partnership with our Global IT Helpdesk to support user from our many offices.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with end-users and global IT teams, primarily in spoken English.
  • Participate in small IT projects and process improvements as time allows.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests, asset inventory, and resolutions in IT ticketing systems.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Does experience count
  • Strong English communication skills, especially spoken English, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
  • Hands-on experience with imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows laptops/desktops and peripherals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, and common collaboration tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, user account management, and remote support tools.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage ordering, tracking, and provisioning hardware.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating across global teams.
  • Willingness to engage in small IT projects and process improvements.
