What skills and experience will you need for this role? Strong understanding of server hardware and software. Knowledge with Datacenter operation is a plus. Knowledge with network protocols and services. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Excellent communication skills, politeness. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other IT staff. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
