IT Help Desk Technician

As a Help desk technician, your role involves providing fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will be responsible for answering queries on basic technical issues and offering advice to solve them. It is essential to have good technical knowledge and effective communication skills to understand the problem and explain its solution. Being customer-oriented and patient is crucial to deal with difficult customers and ensure client satisfaction.
