IT Help Desk Technician gurugram 1 - 3 years INR 3.0 - 3.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience troubleshooting Windows and other Microsoft products, handling networking issues, and managing IT onboarding for new employees. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level technical support for Windows, Microsoft Office, and other Microsoft products. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Assist in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting networking devices (switches & firewalls, particularly Sophos). Perform new user onboarding, including setting up user profiles, email accounts, and system access. Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, incidents, and resolutions. Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software maintenance when required. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of experience in an IT help desk or technical support role. Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other Microsoft products. Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking, switches, and firewalls (preferably Sophos). Experience in user onboarding, profile setup, and access management. Good communication skills with the ability to assist non-technical users. Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT support requests efficiently.
