About the Role:

IT Experience Engineer

End-User Experience Optimization:

Design and deliver IT services with a focus on user-centric experience (UX).
Continuously monitor and improve digital workplace tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, ServiceNow).
Ensure consistent, intuitive experiences across devices, platforms, and locations.

Experience Metrics & Analytics:

Define and track key metrics (e.g., digital experience scores, latency, ticket resolution times, self-service adoption).
Use telemetry, user feedback, and surveys (e.g., DEX tools like Nexthink, Lakeside, or Qualtrics) to understand pain points.
Develop dashboards and reports that inform experience improvement strategies.

Training & Communication:

Develop communication strategies to ensure users are informed about new tools and changes.
Create guides, onboarding materials, and FAQs to support user adoption.
Train IT staff on experience-focused service delivery practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks.
Familiarity with UX design principles or human-centered design.
Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Intune, Jamf).
Experience in hybrid work or remote-first environments.
Certifications in DEX platforms (e.g., Nexthink, Lakeside) or ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
