Job Description – IT Executive

Position: IT Executive

Department: Information Technology

Location: Andheri East

Reporting To: Managing Director

Role Overview:

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and supporting the

organization’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and security systems. This role involves

ensuring smooth IT operations, providing technical support to end-users, maintaining data

integrity, and implementing technology solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

oProvide first-level support for hardware, software, networking, and system

issues.

oInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT

equipment.

oTroubleshoot email, internet, VPN, and application-related issues.

System & Network Administration

oManage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and firewall systems.

oMonitor server performance, backups, and storage systems.

oEnsure antivirus, security patches, and updates are deployed regularly.

Software & Application Management

oInstall, update, and maintain licensed software and applications.

oSupport ERP/CRM and other business applications.

∙Liaise with vendors for software and hardware support.

IT Security & Data Protection

oEnsure data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.

oMonitor and control user access rights and permissions.

oImplement and enforce IT policies and best practices.

Asset & Documentation Management

oMaintain IT asset inventory (hardware/software/licenses).

oPrepare and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and support

tickets.

oAssist in IT audits and compliance requirements.

User Training & Guidance

oProvide training to employees on IT tools and security practices.

oSupport digital initiatives and process automation projects.

Key Skills & Competencies:

∙Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux and MAC operating systems.

∙Hands-on experience with networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).

∙Familiarity with cloud services (Google Workspace).

∙Problem-solving and analytical skills.

∙Good communication and interpersonal skills.

∙Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

∙Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

∙1–3 years of experience in IT support, administration, or related roles.

∙Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA, ITIL, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
