Position: IT Executive

Experience: 4-5 Years.

Education: BCA/MCA/Any IT graduate

The role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of systems and networks. This position requires hands-on expertise in server and network administration, cybersecurity, IT support, and project management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong technical skills and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.


• Administer Windows/Linux server OS, virtualization platforms, and cloud services.


• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to safeguard organizational data and systems.


• Oversee ITSM tools, asset management systems, and IT support processes.


• Lead and execute IT infrastructure and operations projects.


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.


• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of server operating systems (Windows/Linux), virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity.


• Proficiency in ITSM tools and asset management systems.


• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.


• Strong communication and leadership abilities.


• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• Preferred certifications: CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, Security+, etc.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.


• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms, cloud services, and firewall management.


• Proven track record of managing IT support teams and infrastructure projects.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work extended hours and provide on-call support as needed.


• Ability to travel to different office or plant locations if required.


• Strong commitment to data security, compliance, and best practices.
