IT Executive

You are a skilled and proactive IT Executive (Hardware & Networking) responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the company's IT infrastructure. This includes desktops, laptops, printers, LAN/WAN networks, and related hardware. Your role involves hands-on experience in hardware maintenance and network administration. Your key responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues, as well as set up and manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks to ensure network security and uptime. Providing technical support to users for hardware, software, and networking problems is also a crucial aspect of your job. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining an inventory of IT assets, conducting regular audits, installing and updating antivirus software, ensuring data protection, and performing regular system backups and recovery procedures. Coordinating with vendors for IT equipment procurement and AMC services, as well as ensuring timely updates of operating systems and software patches, are also part of your duties.
