IT Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Hardware & System Support

• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
• Regular system maintenance and performance checks.
• Managing system upgrades and peripheral devices.

2. Network Support

• Basic troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches.
• Ensuring stable internet connectivity across departments.
• Coordinating with vendors/ISP for network issues.

3. Software Installation & Maintenance

• Installation and configuration of OS (Windows/Linux) and necessary applications.
• Troubleshooting software-related issues for employees.
• Keeping antivirus, updates, and patches up to date.

4. Email & Account Management

• Creating, updating, and managing employee email accounts.
• Managing password reset requests, backup support, and user access control.

5. Data Backup & Security

• Regular data backup of important systems.
• Ensuring systems follow IT security protocols.
• Monitoring antivirus status, system health, and preventing unauthorized access.

6. IT Asset Management

• Maintaining inventory of all IT equipment and accessories.
• Monitoring AMC/Warranty records and coordinating for repairs.
• Managing issuance and return of IT assets to employees.

7. ERP

• Basic support related to ERP, attendance system, or production software.
• Coordinating with developers/service providers for advanced issues.

8. User Support & Helpdesk

• Providing quick support to employees for daily IT problems.
• Ensuring timely resolution of tickets/issues.
• Maintaining logs of IT issues and actions taken.

9. CCTV

• Basic monitoring and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.

10. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinating with management and vendors for IT requirements.
• Preparing daily/weekly IT reports.
• Ensuring compliance with company IT policies.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1–3 Years

SALARY: ₹1,80,000 TO 3,20,000 CTC PER YEAR
