Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing, maintaining, and enhancing the IT infrastructure that supports our courier operations. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively across departments to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including network administration, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and security.
• Support and maintain courier management software and related applications.
• Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data security and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in hardware and software procurement, installation, and upgrades.
• Provide technical support and training to employees as needed.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
• Handle IT-related vendor relationships and contracts.
• Ensure backup and disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested regularly.
• Stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies relevant to the logistics industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as an IT Executive or similar role, preferably in logistics or courier services.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with courier or logistics management software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with IT security standards and protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
