Job Description

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for staff.
  • Manage data backups, antivirus updates, and system security.
  • Support in setting up emails, user accounts, and access controls.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase and maintenance.
  • Keep records of repairs, updates, and IT inventory.
  • Assist in upgrading systems and implementing new technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and hardware.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, email configuration, and antivirus tools.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
