Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
Set up accounts for new users and ensure proper onboarding.
Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
Test new technology and ensure system reliability.
Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
Maintain documentation for IT systems and assets.
Assist in managing servers, switches, routers, and other network equipment.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for system upgrades and maintenance.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
Hands-on experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
Familiarity with database management, security practices, and backup systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
