Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware & Network Support
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
LAN/WAN support, internet configuration, and cabling coordination
Ensure smooth functioning of routers, switches, and firewalls
Software Support
Install, configure, and update operating systems and application software
Provide technical support for MS Office, antivirus, email setup, etc.
Coordinate with software vendors for updates or license issues
Server & Backup Management
Monitor local servers (Windows/Linux-based)
Perform regular data backups and system restores
Security & Access Control
Manage user access rights, passwords, and data protection
Ensure antivirus and firewall systems are up to date
Asset Management
Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and AMC details
Manage IT inventory and procurement needs
User Support
Provide on-site or remote support to staff on IT-related issues
Maintain support logs and reduce downtime
Email, Website & ERP Support
Uploading digital books on website ,Social promotion on various platform just like google,Face book ,Instagram & you tube.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 12/08/2025
