Job Description

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT (BSc IT / BTech / BCA or equivalent).
2-3 years of experience in IT support or IT administration.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage IT systems, networks, and computer infrastructure.
Ensure data security, backups, and network access control.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, scanners, and networking devices.
Handle Windows OS installation, IP configuration, email setup, antivirus, and CCTV/NVR/DVR.
Monitor and resolve LAN/WAN issues.
Set up employee workstations and upgrade systems as needed.
Remove malware and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
Support server maintenance, access control, and IT infrastructure development

Skills Required

IT systems & infrastructure management.
Network security, backup, and recovery.
Hardware/software installation & troubleshooting.
OS, network, and hardware issue resolution.
Cybersecurity and malware removal.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
