Motion Graphics Designer

As a Motion Graphic Designer at Torque Pharmaceuticals, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic marketing team by creating visually engaging and impactful motion graphics that effectively convey our brand message and product offerings across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing and animating high-quality motion graphics for video content, social media campaigns, digital ads, and other multimedia projects. Collaboration with the marketing team will be key, as you work closely to understand project goals and produce graphics that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. You will be tasked with developing and executing creative concepts for product animations, explainer videos, and promotional content. Additionally, you will edit and enhance video footage, incorporating motion graphics and special effects to deliver visually appealing and informative content. Ensuring all designs are consistent with the company's visual identity and branding standards is essential. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is required, and a strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video editing skills is a must. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, strong attention to detail, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines are all essential qualities for success in this role. Experience with 3D motion design or advanced animation techniques is considered a plus.
