Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Motion Graphics & Video Specialist with 1-2 years of experience. You will be responsible for the technical production, animation, and editing of all marketing video assets under the direct guidance of the CEO and Marketing team. Your core focus will be translating approved scripts and storyboards into polished, professional motion graphics that reflect the quality of the Norrsent brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesI. Production & Technical Execution (Primary Focus)

• Motion Graphics Execution: Execute high-fidelity 2D motion graphics and animations in Adobe After Effects based on detailed storyboards and style guides provided by the leadership team.
• Video Editing & Assembly: Edit, assemble, and finalize video projects (Explainer, Demo, Promo, Tutorials) using Adobe Premiere Pro, ensuring seamless syncing of animation, voiceover, and music.
• Asset Creation: Design and prepare necessary vector graphics, icons, and supporting visual assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for animation.
• Screen Recording: Capture and integrate clean, high-resolution screen recordings and UI footage of the Norrsent ERM application into animated video mockups.
• Quality Control: Ensure all videos adhere strictly to brand guidelines, style guides, and technical specifications for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn).

II. Collaboration & Support

• Storyboarding Support: Assist the CEO/Content Strategist in refining visual concepts and creating rough storyboards before animation begins.
• Revision Management: Efficiently manage and implement feedback and revision cycles from stakeholders.
• Process Documentation: Maintain well-organized project files, templates, and libraries for all video projects.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Must-Haves

• 1-2 years of professional or high-level academic experience in video production or motion graphics design.
• Strong Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically:
• Adobe After Effects (Proficiency in 2D animation, keyframing, and compositing).
• Adobe Premiere Pro (Competent editing, cutting, and audio syncing).
• Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Competent asset creation).
• A portfolio showcasing clean, modern motion graphics work, demonstrating technical skill and a sharp eye for design.

• Strong Communication: Ability to clearly communicate progress and technical issues.
• Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently to meet tight production deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
