Motion Graphic Designer – Job Description Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer Department: Creative Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a talented and imaginative Motion Graphic Designer to create visually engaging and dynamic content for digital campaigns, social media, advertisements, product demos, and brand storytelling. The ideal candidate has strong design skills, animation expertise, and a passion for bringing ideas to life. Key Responsibilities 1. Motion Graphics & Animation Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media, ads, presentations, and web. Design and animate characters, icons, typography, and explainer videos. Develop storyboards and visual concepts based on project briefs. 2. Video Editing Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video outputs. Add sound effects, background music, transitions, and visual effects (VFX). Perform color correction and video enhancements. 3. Graphic Design Support Create static graphics when needed (banners, thumbnails, posters, infographics). Maintain brand guidelines across all creative outputs. 4. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to understand project goals. Collaborate with copywriters, UI/UX designers, and product teams for creative consistency. Present concepts and drafts to stakeholders. 5. Asset Management Organize project files, maintain asset libraries, and ensure deliverables meet quality and format standards. Stay updated with the latest design and animation trends, tools, and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role. Proficiency in animation and video software such as: Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop Cinema 4D / Blender (plus) Adobe Audition (plus) Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling. Ability to create storyboards and style frames. Excellent attention to detail and creativity. Preferred Qualifications Experience with 3D animation and rendering. Knowledge of UI/UX animation and micro-interactions. Familiarity with branding and marketing design. Experience working in advertising agencies or digital marketing environments. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
