Job Title: IT Executive Experience Required: 2–3 Years Location: Mohali, Phase8 B Job Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to manage and support our organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system configuration, network management, and technical troubleshooting, ensuring smooth and secure operations of all IT systems. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and operating systems. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to networks, systems, applications, and peripherals. Manage IP addressing, basic subnetting, and connectivity configurations. Set up, monitor, and maintain firewall rules and ensure network security. Perform physical network cabling, including LAN/WAN setup and maintenance. Apply knowledge of the OSI Model to diagnose and resolve network problems. Configure and install routers, switches, and other networking hardware. Install and support desktop software applications, including internet browsers and productivity tools. Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure systems are up to date. Document all configurations, procedures, and changes to ensure operational continuity. Provide user support and training when required. Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Windows OS (installation, configuration, troubleshooting). Good understanding of IP Addressing , subnetting, and basic network routing. Practical knowledge of Firewall configurations and rules. Familiar with Network Cabling standards and installation. In-depth understanding of the OSI Model and its application in troubleshooting. Skilled in IT Troubleshooting (hardware, software, networking issues). Experience in system configuration and software installation . Proficiency with desktop software applications and internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an IT support or IT executive role. Desired Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
