Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative IT Executive to join our team in Udaipur, India. As an IT Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our organizations IT operations, driving technological innovation, and ensuring the efficient management of our IT infrastructure.

Lead and manage the IT department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
Manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget
Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that address business needs
Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Ensure the security and integrity of the organizations data and IT assets
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products
Develop and manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization
Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for IT team members
Analyze and report on IT performance metrics to senior management
