IT Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative IT Executive to join our dynamic team in Mysuru, India. As an IT Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing IT strategies that align with our organizations goals and drive technological advancement.

• Develop and execute IT strategies that support the organizations objectives and enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, systems, and software across the organization
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions to meet organizational needs
• Manage IT projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect the organizations digital assets
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization
• Develop and manage IT budgets, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT operations and service delivery

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred
• Proven experience in a senior IT role, with a strong track record of successful project management and strategy development
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software management
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team of IT professionals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and risk management
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
