• Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday: Vasant Vihar
• Sunday: Weekly Off
• If required, you must report on Sundays; compensatory off will be given on a weekday.

Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

The IT Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth technical operations across both Dadu Medical Centre branches. The role includes maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, monitoring networks, and supporting staff with day-to-day IT requirements. The candidate must be able to travel between both centers as per the weekly schedule and provide prompt technical assistance to ensure uninterrupted clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and networking devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and operating systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, and internet connectivity.
• Maintain and monitor CCTV cameras, biometric attendance machines, and access systems.
• Ensure smooth functioning of CRM and clinic management software.
• Perform regular system updates, data backups, and security checks.
• Maintain IT inventory, spare equipment, and service records.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, AMC, and technical upgrades.
• Support staff with technical issues during clinic working hours.
• Ensure all IT systems remain operational and stable at both locations.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, networking, and CCTV systems.
• Ability to multitask and provide quick solutions during clinic hours.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel between Rajouri Garden and Vasant Vihar branches as per schedule.
