Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Tele Caller Executive to join our team at Dadu Medical Center. As a Tele Caller Executive, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our services, and generating leads. You'll also handle inbound customer calls, resolve issues, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services

- Handle inbound customer calls, providing information and resolving issues

- Generate sales leads and contribute to sales targets

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

- Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems

- Ability to handle rejection and be persistent

- Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
