Job Location :Chennai/Bangalore Job Title: IT ERP Project Manager Experience: 10+yrs Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale ERP implementation and upgrade projects. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed. Coordinate with internal teams, ERP vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with project governance standards, IT policies, and change management processes. Drive stakeholder engagement through regular reporting, communication, and project reviews. Lead project teams through Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, as appropriate. Monitor KPIs and success metrics to track project performance and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5+ years in managing ERP projects. Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Infor, or equivalent. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification preferred. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
