IT ERP LN Techo Functional Specialist

Bray Controls India Ltd, Sriperumbudur, is looking for a Sr. Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with 8+ years of experience in Infor ERP LN to join our dynamic IT team.

Position Summary

The role involves providing comprehensive techno-functional support and implementation of Infor ERP LN (version 10.4 or higher) across key business modules, including:

• Warehousing

• Procurement

• Sales

• Quality

• Production

• India Localization

You will ensure seamless integration, optimal functionality, and enhanced operational efficiency across these modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end techno-functional support for ERP LN.

• Manage Warehousing operations — receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and material issuing.

• Work with Engineering and Product Configurator, Data Exchange Schemes, and ION integrations.

• Troubleshoot issues using database queries and understand data models & object relationships.

• Act as the primary contact for ERP users, ensuring timely resolutions and high satisfaction.

• Identify system/process improvement opportunities and support business benefit analysis.

• Manage small to medium projects independently, ensuring on-time and quality delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Expertise in Infor ERP LN (10.4 or higher) across multiple modules.

• Strong technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and integration skills.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management abilities.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive process optimization initiatives.

Performance Standards

• Deliver reliable ERP support with minimal business disruption.

• Lead system strategy discussions, perform gap-fit analysis, and design efficient business processes.

• Ensure project milestones and timelines are consistently met.
