Job description
1. Attend in-person every IT issue to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.
2. Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks.
3. Test VC performance on a daily basis in coordination with other IT support executives.
4. Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company.
5. Respond to staff queries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
6. Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved.
7. Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns from employees.
8. Keep data regarding system/Printer/Scanner/any other system-related items
9. Assist in other administration/operation work. As directed by Management.
