IT Compliance Manager

As an IT Compliance Manager at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the global strategy for risk management within the IT organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing risk analysis, business impact analysis, and coordinating risk assessments. - Identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing IT risks. - Analyzing, measuring, and monitoring a range of IT risks and facilitating treatment decisions. - Recommending, developing, and assisting in the adoption of an IT Risk Management framework. - Leading trainings to enhance IT risk awareness and adoption among various stakeholders. - Participating in processes to measure effectiveness and address any identified gaps. - Suggesting innovations in assessments, analyses, and communications. - Building strong networks with key stakeholder groups to aid alignment during risk assessment execution. - Facilitating risk committee meetings with governance bodies. - Maintaining relationships with external suppliers to support the IT Risk Management process. - Managing external suppliers/consultants. - Following governance policies when assessing risks and collaborating closely with Business and other IT teams. Your background should ideally include: - 7+ years of professional working experience in Risk Management, Audit, or Security. - Masters/Bachelors degree in Information Management Systems or Business Administration. - Proficiency in MS Office and both spoken and written English language. - Self-motivation, organization, open-mindedness, and strong interpersonal skills. - Analytical aptitude, strong data collection, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and time management skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively across functions. - Strong leadership and management skills.
