Mission Statement
- As a IT Compliance Manager, you contribute to the definition, implementation, execution and promotion of the global strategy for risk management and making sure its framework relies on best practices across the IT organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Performs risk analysis, business impact analysis, coordinate risk assessments.
- Identifies, qualifies and prioritizes IT risks.
- Analyzes, measures, and monitors a breadth of IT risks and facilitate treatment decisions
- Recommends, develops and assists in the adoption of IT Risk Management framework.
- Develops and leads appropriate trainings to improve IT risk awareness and adoption for a wide range of speaking partners.
- Participates in processes for measuring effectiveness and assists in addressing any identified gaps in content or process.
- Uses knowledge to suggest innovations across a broad range of new and traditional assessments, analyses and communications. Builds a strong network across the key stakeholder groups to aid alignment during the execution of risk assessment. Facilitates risk committee meetings with (strategic and operational) governance bodies.
- Works and maintains strong relationships with external suppliers to support implementation and maintenance of the IT Risk Management process framework.
- Manages external suppliers/consultants
- Follows applicable governance policy when assessing and supports risks with end users and works in close collaboration with Business and other IT teams to understand requirements related to IT Risk Management.
Your Background
- 7+ years of professional working experience in areas of Risk Management, Audit or Security
- Masters / Bachelor's degree in Information Management Systems or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in use of MS Office and both spoken-written English language is required
- Self-motivated and self-organized. Open-mindedness and strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical aptitude and thinking, strong data collection, and analytical skills for a complex project. Excellent communication skill, multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner with various functions across the organization. Excellent leadership and management skills
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
