IT Business Development Manager (BDM)

You will be the Business Development Manager (BDM) at Kreeyaa, responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals. This role entails extensive travel for client meetings, events, and industry conferences. - Identify and research potential clients for ServiceNow and IT Services. - Nurture client relationships to convert them into sales opportunities. - Maintain long-term relationships, act as the client's point of contact, and ensure satisfaction. - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. - Develop tailored sales strategies and deliver presentations and proposals. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and customization. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms, close deals, and oversee onboarding. - Work with technical, marketing, and project teams to align sales with service capabilities. - Provide client feedback to enhance service offerings and identify upsell opportunities. - Promote new IT solutions and expand service portfolios. - Attend industry events to build contacts and identify opportunities. Qualifications: - Over 4 years of Sales and Business Development Management experience in IT Services. - Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Dynamic, energetic, with a willingness to travel. - Solid understanding of IT services and technology trends. - Proven track record in building and sustaining client relationships.
