IT Project Manager

You will be joining Kreeyaa, an innovative IT Services company established in 2010, specializing in delivering technology solutions across various sectors such as ServiceNow, Application/Product Development, Cybersecurity, and Digital transformation. As an experienced IT Project Manager, your role will involve leading and managing key client projects to ensure successful delivery within the specified time, scope, and budget. Your responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure effective communication and expectation management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to address resource conflicts, identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects, a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud services, as well as strong project management skills encompassing planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budget control. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a client-centric approach are also essential. Preferred qualifications include certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certified Practitioner, familiarity with project management tools like JIRA or Microsoft Project, a Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or a related field, proven leadership experience, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
