Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Bench Sales Recruiter, located in Ahmedabad. The IT Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the entire recruiting cycle, including sales recruitment, hiring, and account management. The day-to-day tasks involve engaging with potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients to understand their staffing needs. Additionally, the recruiter will manage relationships with clients and ensure seamless communication throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Skilled in Hiring and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and relationships effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
