Key Responsibilities: - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Bench Sales or a related field. - Ability to comprehend and explain IT technical requirements effectively. - Communicate job descriptions to consultants and conduct thorough technical screenings. - Strong theoretical understanding of key technologies like Java, Data Engineering, and DevOps Engineering. - Provide guidance and support to consultants for their professional development. - Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Experience working on W2/Fulltime positions along with handling vendor calls is preferred.
